Have to take it down a notch. Got the pick two again. The fruit salad. I swear the lady was deliberately trying to not pick up fruit. So it was a spinach salad with 1 strawberry and 3 blueberries literally.
The topping person was real skimpy with the toppings. Had 3 pepperoni on my half pie. And it wasn't where one piece was on each.
The outstanding lemonade and blood orange lemonade is not consistent. The lemonade loss its bitter sweetness. And the blood orange was a watered down coloring. And i was bragging about it and brought someone in to try it. And it was not to my expectation to even tell my guess to try it.
Not sure if this is the normal now i can expect. Consistency is key to keeping people returning. -

This was my first time at Blaze and I am happy I hopped in my $9 uber just to try it!!! The ordering process was actually very organized when one person had to step out the line to do something else another stepped right in to finish off my pizza!
The lemonade I heard about I had to try. The girl at the register seemed to be new and almost forgot the flavors but she got them all RIGHT! You wait for your pizza to come off the oven and then someone calls your name when it's out to ask you what else you would like to add! I love how you can add sauces on top at the end!
The toppings are endless! (I got a build your own pizza)
I was hoping that I wasn't just adding too many items to my pizza that didn't make sense but in the end when I got home and took my first bite, I looked up and half my pizza was GONE!

Although this wasn't my first time here, today's experience was worthy of writing a review. This place has been very popular & I've noticed the management & team are always developing new ways of improving service. Today, they welcomed each customer as they walked in - which I don't like they have done this before.
But in addition, each customer had their own attendant for their order... some folks might say it felt rushed but it allowed the line to move effectively.
What I have always appreciated was their awareness to allergens or dietary restrictions (ie. Gluten, diary) - they will offer to change their gloves & use a clean pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination.
Also thank you to the manager, Ricardo who came by & asked how we liked our experience. -
